T-Shirt Bag Making Machine for Biodegradable Material(GF-J/SV Series )

The GF-J/SV Series is a T-shirt bag making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S GF-J/SV shopping bag machines: a servo-driven, heat-cutting bag maker that seals and cuts tubular film into T-shirt bags, set up for biodegradable film such as PLA and PBAT based compounds.

As in the GF-J/SV range, the machine uses a tensionless sealing knife on a flat silicone sealing base, a heat-cutting blade, temperature controllers for the sealing and cutting stations, and a printing scanner for registering printed film. The SV models are fed from a pneumatic-lift jumbo roll unwind stand. Cutting width, cutting length, film thickness range and production speed are model-dependent and are confirmed at quotation.
