Bag-on-Roll Making Machine(GF-R/SV Series)

The GF-R/SV series is a servo drive semi automatic bag on roll making machine that converts film into perforated bags wound on a roll, such as produce bags and bin liners. The series runs from the GF-R611E/SV through the GF-R1212E/SV. Single-line models cover maximum cutting widths of 600 mm, 800 mm and 1000 mm, and two-line models cover 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm per line, so the same platform handles both wide single bags and narrower bags made two-up.

Maximum cutting length is 1000 mm, with longer lengths available on request as an option. Maximum production is 120 pcs/min on the smaller sizes and 100 pcs/min or 80 pcs/min on the larger and two-line models. Sealing is by a tension sealing type knife on a silicon roller base, perforation by a teeth knife or band saw, and each machine includes a temperature controller and a printing scanner for registration to printed film.
