The GF-P65 is a P.P. (polypropylene) tubular film inflation machine, a blown film line adapted for polypropylene, which needs a sizing and cooling arrangement different from polyethylene film. It is one of four sizes in the GF-P series, from the GF-P45 to the GF-P75, and is specified for a maximum film width of 800 mm with a 65 mm extruder driven by a 30 HP motor with inverter, a 350 mm die with a single lip air ring, a 2 HP inverter-controlled blower, 5 PCES of sizing ring and a hot air type drying system.

Maximum capacity is 80 kg/hr. Control is from an independent switch board and the roller width is 900 mm. Options include an auto loader, hopper dryer, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, static eliminator, 4-spindle winder, air shaft and water chiller, so the machine can be built up for printed or multi-roll production of PP tubular film.
