FUNCTION Use air to drive hydraulic pump. Once the outlet hydraulic pressure reaches the setting pressure, it will stop driving and won't waste any energy. If the outlet pressure is reducing, it will supplement pressure automatically to maintain the pressure continuously. The outlet pressure of the pump and the pneumatic pressure of driving are as direct ratio. The outlet pressure will base on the adjustment of pneumatic pressure to change. The hydraulic pressure (available hydraulic pressure from 60 – 500 Kgf/㎝²) ， flow rate of pump and circuit control system will base on the requirement to be different. The circuit control system has the function of check. If there is no pneumatic pressure, the hydraulic pressure will be maintained. The best application is for work clamping systems or hydraulic pressure supply system which needs to maintain pressure for a long time but less operate. It has the function of inspection pressure and can be interlocked with the machine.

Adoptez le système de contrôle à écran tactile avec la couleur 64K et le fonctionnement convivial de l'API. La construction de la machine exclusivement conçue facilite la combinaison de la machine de moulage par soufflage avec un système de convoyeur. Les préformes sont automatiquement agencées pour alimenter le système d'une seule manière et le support de division est entraîné par un servomoteur; de cette manière, les préformes ne se coincent pas, provoquant un arrêt de la machine ou des déchets de préformes. Adoptez un système d'entraînement de vis de commande d'asservissement; il est rapide, stable, propre et écologique. Les préformes sont introduites dans le système de chauffage dans un mode matriciel et chauffées uniformément par une seule lampe avec un chauffage double face. Utilisez une lampe simple avec une conception de chauffage double face et économisera environ 50% de la consommation de chauffage par rapport à la méthode concurrente. Avec la fonction de retour de température, la température dans le four de chauffage est automatiquement contrôlée par le réglage des lampes infrarouges pour réduire les problèmes de cristallisation avant l'arrivée. Le boîtier de chauffage spécialement conçu améliore la commodité de la maintenance en changeant la lampe infrarouge et la rampe de refroidissement. Le mécanisme de serrage est entraîné par une combinaison de servomoteur et de came; il en résulte un mouvement précis et stable, un faible bruit et une pollution minimale. Utilise le système de récupération d'air et l'efficacité jusqu'à 50% de sorte que le compresseur d'air basse pression ne sera pas nécessaire.
