TEN est le changeur automatique de tamis de FIMIC capable de bloquer même les plus petites particules de contamination grâce à sa maille, dont la résistance permet d'adapter la température en fonction des exigences et du matériau à traiter. L'ouverture réglable sur la sortie de la maille est une garantie supplémentaire de la qualité du produit final. Un petit grattoir près du treillis récolte la plupart des déchets et l'empêche de se casser lors de son changement. Sa surface filtrante de 1,465 cm2 a une faible pression de charge; il exclut donc tout danger de dégradation. Il est également possible d'ajuster la vitesse de changement de maillage, en définissant une pression cible à laquelle il sera automatiquement commuté, pour adapter tout le flux de travail au matériau à filtrer. De plus, lorsqu'il est changé, le maillage est maintenu par la pression du matériau lui-même et n'a pas besoin d'autres systèmes auxiliaires. La maille proprement dite est disponible en différents niveaux de filtration, à partir de 80 microns / 170 mailles. TEN peut également être adapté à des niveaux de filtration plus fins en équipant des mailles sur mesure. L'ouverture rapide est également toujours garantie. Il n'y a pas besoin d'outils ou de compétences dédiés, car FIMIC fournit un tournevis pneumatique au moment de l'achat.
