La série AB-ABA de JC-ABA - film soufflé par coextrusion de 3 couches est la solution finale produisant un film de qualité à des coûts de production inférieurs. La ligne de coextrusion à 3 couches ABA est composée de deux extrudeuses de haute performance avec une tête de coextrusion ABA à 3 couches. La couche externe est dominée par des matériaux vierges, et la couche centrale contient un pourcentage élevé de CaCo3 ou de matériau de pellets recyclés maison. De plus, la structure de film 3 couches ABA conserve également une caractéristique de résistance supérieure à celle d'un film monocouche classique, ce qui donne un avantage global au marché concurrentiel.
