Pass Card développe des moules pour préformes PET depuis 1999. La gamme couvre les moules pour préformes à col étroit, à col large et de 5 gallons, avec des conceptions multi-empreintes de 72, 64 et 48 empreintes, entre autres. Les moules pour préformes à col étroit utilisent la conception de canaux chauds à obturateur de Pass Card et garantissent une concentricité de l'épaisseur de paroi de la préforme de ±0,075 mm (L = 100 mm). La base du moule est en acier à outils haut de gamme PDS-5 (P-20) (HRC 27–35), le noyau et l'empreinte sont en acier inoxydable trempé suédois ASSAB STAVAX-420 (HRC 50–52), et 80 % des composants peuvent être remplacés directement sur la presse à injecter.
