The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, hydraulic screen changer, second extruder, vibrating screen and an air blower with storage tank. Jumbo roll lift-up unit uses automatic machine arm instead of labor to lift up the jumbo rolls. Air shafts are for easier operation & save time. Waste conveyor delivers the waste of film to the indicated position after punch. Finished bag fold device folds the T-shirt bags in half to save the labor working time. Heavy duty, hinge belt conveyor is suitable for high loading and materials impact whilst being sealed to prevent leakage of material. The high torque Pre-Shredder is equipped with large-diameter splined shafts, high-strength shredding discs, and oversized gearboxes to ensure system performance and reliability. In the next step, an over-belt magnet is used to securely extract ferromagnetic parts such as scrap iron and other ferrous scrap metal. Ferrous scrap metal in premium solid recovered fuels is said to spoil its quality. Once separated, it can be recycled. The system is equipped with a Trommel screen to screen out materials that have a great impact on equipment such as sediment and stone, etc. It is possible to extract different fractions in this process stage, such as fine particles and oversized fractions to obtain high-quality, medium-particle premium SRF/RDF. In the near-to-final stage of the process, the material is shredded a second time in a process called fine shredding. Light fractions are fed into one or more secondary shredders depending on the system’s throughput capacity. A central Reverse Jet Filtration System extracts dust from the entire system. System automation ensures that the component's actions are linked, the system capacity is maximized, and the system is protected against interfering material in the best way.
