The KMT-45/55 series covers two high-speed plastic inflation machines for blown film extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE resins, producing PE film in widths between 600-650 mm (KMT-45) and 900-1,000 mm (KMT-55) for applications such as car film and garment bags.The KMT-45 runs an Ø45mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with a 20 HP AC driving motor and 3-zone auto thermo control, while the KMT-55 runs an Ø55mm screw at the same 26:1 ratio with a 30 HP AC driving motor. The HDPE washing line is designed for rigid plastics with a wall thickness ranging from 1~25 mm such as HDPE bottle container, etc. Minimizing the recycling water flow rate and evaporation losses. The shredding system is with wear-resistant design to maximize the consistent running of the system and minimize operational costs. High-speed washing system with corresponding speed according to material type liberates contamination from plastic flakes. The underwater force-washing paddle of the washing tank maximize the washing efficiency. Mechanical and thermal drying systems minimize the moisture of the end product. Shredding, high-speed washing and drying is set at suitable intensity to avoid over friction and cause material loss (fines creation). The KMH-MINI is a compact HDPE blown film extrusion line built for smaller-format inflation film production. Within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel.
