Après des années de recherche depuis notre première ligne d'extrusion de profilés creux en PP en 1987, notre nouvelle génération produira une feuille profilée en PP avec une largeur de 1200mm à 2500mm, une épaisseur de 2mm à 10mm et une sortie jusqu'à 500 kg / h. En attendant, nous sommes heureux de vous présenter notre nouvelle ligne d'extrusion de profilés creux PC. Il est capable de produire une feuille de profil creux PC à deux et trois couches de largeur 1200mm et 2100mm et d'épaisseur 5mm-10mm (deux couches) et 16mm (trois couches), et une sortie jusqu'à 500 kg / h.

Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line melts PP granules and extrudes them through an annular die into a tube of molten film, which is inflated to set the lay flat width before being wound into roll form for downstream converting. The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm.Lay flat film width runs from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 950 mm on the MGPP-75, with output from 10 - 35 kg/hr on the smallest model up to 20 - 100 kg/hr on the largest. Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line, double side winder version, extrudes PP granules through a rotary die processed by hard chrome plating, with the screw and barrel made of special steel that has undergone nitrating treatment, grinding, and hard chrome plating for durability under long rotation. Extruding speed is controlled by inverter.The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm, with lay flat film width from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 1000 mm on the MGPP-75, and output from 10 - 35 kg/hr up to 20 - 100 kg/hr depending on model. The KML-45/55 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line offered in two model variants for plastic shopping bag production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film before take-up and winding. The KML-45 produces film up to 650 mm width and the KML-55 between 400-1000 mm width, both in 0.02-0.15 mm thickness.The KML-45 runs a Ø 45mm screw and the KML-55 a Ø 55mm screw, both at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel. The KML-35 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, where LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KML-35 processes film in 0.015-0.15 mm thickness at up to 500 mm width, with output between 10-30 kgs/hr.The extruder runs a Ø 35mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 10 HP motor with inverter.
