La série WACL n'est pas seulement une machine à plastifier à sec conventionnelle. Unité de revêtement d'apprêt supplémentaire avant l'unité de laquage, ce qui permet d'appliquer un revêtement sur les deux faces (apprêt + thermoscellage) en un seul passage. L'unité de vernissage a une fonction alternative avec les systèmes de vernissage par héliogravure directe et semi-flexo.
