Machine de moulage par soufflage par injection PET / PC en une étape FS-BT

Le FS-BT-S est équipé d'une table servo à 2 stations et d'un système de soufflage latéral. Après l'injection de la préforme, la servo-table tourne de 180 degrés, une servo-vis transfère ensuite une plaque de col avec des préformes PETIPC à la station de soufflage latéral pour le soufflage des bouteilles. L'utilisation du système de soufflage latéral est disponible et flexible pour un lieu de travail plus grand et des appareils en option ; le trimmer de porte (dispositif de coupe de queue de préforme) et le convoyeur de produit peuvent facilement être montés à l'intérieur de la machine pour passer à la production automatique. Ce modèle convient aux petits conteneurs avec un temps de cycle court. Pot/bouteille à large ouverture disponible, FS-BT-J présente les mêmes avantages que FS-BT-S, mais est destiné aux applications de pots à large ouverture, et c'est une machine plus puissante avec une capacité d'injection plus élevée et une force de serrage plus forte. Approche innovante par le fonctionnement de la machine à 2 stations, FS-BT-S/FS-BT-J nécessite moins de cavités de col, moins de coûts de moule et a une largeur de moule plus efficace pour économiser le coût total. Le coût des moules est un investissement important dans la gestion de gammes de produits diversifiées et variées. Le coût de l'outillage et du moule dans notre système simple et innovant est le plus bas de tous.

BTCE-9013 is a polymeric epoxy functionalized chain extender. The epoxy functional groups in its structure can react with the terminal carboxyl, hydroxyl, and amino groups in long-chain resin molecules to extend the polymer chain, thereby improving the resin's mechanical properties, intrinsic viscosity, and inhibiting polymer hydrolysis. It can be used in food contact materials. BTCE-9013 is generally co-extruded with modified resins using twin-screw or single-screw extruders. The recommended dosage for bio-based and biodegradable plastics such as polybutylene adipate/terephthalate (PBAT), polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), polymethyl ethylene carbonate (PPC), and polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) is 0.2-0.8 phr. The recommended dosage for condensation-based recycled plastics such as polyamide (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polycarbonate (PC), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is 0.2-1.5 phr. The specific dosage depends on the number of active functional groups in the resin and the performance requirements of the product.
