This product is a new label separator developed by Boretech. The principle is to make use of the different aerodynamic characteristics of the flakes and the label.Relying on the negative pressure air flow generated by the centrifugal fan, it can accurately and quickly separate the label and other light impurities in the PET flakes.

Scope of application: 10-16mm PET, PP, PE flakes Material status: dry material or wet material

1. Compared with traditional aspirators, this product is both high - yield and efficient. The processing capacity reaches 6 - 8T/h. The label removal efficiency is as high as 99%, and the proportion of mistakenly carried flakes is less than 1%, which is significantly better than the plastic recycling industry standard.

2. The separation loss rate is less than 1%, greatly reducing the loss of raw materials. If it runs continuously for 24 hours with a throughput of

3 tons, it can reduce the loss of raw materials by approximately 1.5 tons. 3.It can handle submerged labels.

4.It comprehensively uses means such as variable - frequency control, signal feedback linkage, and manual intervention judgment to adapt to working conditions such as different label materials, sizes, and specific gravities. It can be applied to the label separation of raw flakes after cold washing as well as the precise label separation of residual labels after hot washing.
