The KML-65 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line for wide-format film production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KML-65 processes film in 0.025-0.15 mm thickness and 400-1400 mm width, with output between 50-105 kgs/hr.

The extruder runs a Ø 65mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 4-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 50 HP motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø350 mm die with a Ø400 mm air ring, and the take-up section reaches speeds up to 45 m/min.
