Video Description

Processes up to 2,000 kg/h of soiled plastic waste into clean flakes with a moisture content reduced to 3%.

Consolidates crushing, high-speed centrifugal washing, and mechanical squeezing into a synchronised production line. This integrated plant facility strips surface contaminants and extracts moisture from lightweight films and woven materials.

Process Includes:

Shredding → Washing → Separation → Drying

Target Applications :

  • PE/PP Film Recycling: Processes stretch film, agricultural film, and jumbo bags into clean industrial raw materials.
  • Post-Consumer Waste: Strips soil, sand, and organic matter from heavily contaminated plastic waste streams.

✔️ Single Screw Squeezer: Compresses lightweight film to physically push out moisture below 5% content.
