Tarpaulin Welding Machine

Phyllis co., ltd has been since 1972 devoted to the development of whole plant equipment for making PP/HDPE WOVEN BAGS, CEMENT SACKS, CONTAINER BAGS, TARPAULIN, KNITTING NET AND BAG, PP/PS SHEET EXTRUDER FOR FOOD STUFF and STATIONERY, NON-WOVEN products making machines.

Main Control Panel

Latest model of machine is equipped with a main control panel (photo 1), and operated by color touch screen and organized buttons, whereas all settings can be done in one place. Machine malfunction can also be monitored on this single screen to quickly identify what should be done for troubleshooting.

Adjustable Unwinders

Unwinders of new model machine have wider stroke of width adjustment, and the width can be adjusted electrically by pressing button “D” to desired position, and fixed by tightening wheel “E”. The cloth roller shaft clamp here is controlled by air cylinder which is faster and more accurate. (photo 2)

Hot Air Welding Machine

New model of hot air welding machine is controlled electrically left to right with fast and accurate re-positioning. Not only the control panel can control this welding machine, each welding machine itself also has control buttons at the rear of the welding machine head(photo 3), which helps easier adjustments during operation without stopping the machine. Each welding machine is also equipped with color touch screen (photo 4), whereas the machine status can be monitored here for easier check-up and troubleshooting if any malfunction occurs.

Platform

New model of machine frame structure is built by bigger and thicker steel to enhance the stability of the machine; the bigger roller, shafts, bearings and etc also make the cloth transportation much smoother.

Saving Canvas Machine

The three conveying rollers are independently driven by torque motor with latest sensors to automatically adjust the complete machine to best speed according to the cutting speed and distance change between each eyelet without operators changing the settings all the time. New model of machine is equipped with 2 tension control rollers, which improves the capability of serving longer cloth. The additional tension control bar “F” can be adjusted on both sides according to the cloth width for more precise tension control.

Automatic Pneumatic Fabric Eyelet Machine

The new model of eyeleting machine is compatible for both Aluminum and Iron eyelets and electrically adjusted to left and right with precise positioning. Not only the control panel can control the eyelet machine, there are also control buttons on the eyelet machine for faster adjustment. (photo 6) Eyelet defect rate has been improved to less than 1%.

Automatic cutting machine

The cloth pressing roller on the cutting machine section is adjustable to fit the cloth width with more smooth cloth and the structure has been enhanced to reach maximum cutting speed with higher output.
