High-Efficiency Equipment Meeting the Production Challenges of Emerging Markets

As global demand for flexible packaging continues to grow, Africa and the Middle East are emerging as key growth markets. Converters in these regions face shared challenges, high requirements for machine stability, and the need to minimize downtime in order to maintain continuous production.

When slitting / rewinding 40-micron film, a diameter 800mm finished roll can deliver nearly 80% more material length than a 600mm roll. This enables downstream processes to operate for longer uninterrupted periods, offering a clear advantage for converters in emerging markets seeking higher utilization rates and more stable production.
