At the K-show exhibition this year, Kang Chyau is promoting the 3-layer blown film model: KMTL-55-65-55 E3. In order to meet the multi-variability of the current production of films and bags. It also serves the purpose of producing biodegradable products which are increasingly concerned by the EU and formulating relevant regulations. The biggest advantage of 3-layer blown film applies to many packaging products with variations and lower costs. For example, we put 100% recycled material in B layer and put 100% new material in A and C layer. The proportion of A & C layers can be distributed during production and increasing layer B's proportion would still maintain highquality productions. This can avoid the problem of poor quality products by using a high proportion of recycled materials.

This logic also works in high-quality packaging films. If we distribute the layers as the following arrangement (A/B/C Layer=LDPE/HDPE/LDPE), the film produced will have the high sealing properties of LDPE, and the high strength and tinting properties of HDPE.

In the above, there is little mention of the EU's concern for environmental protection, carbon footprint, and carbon rights emissions have also been the subject of much discussion in recent years. Kang Chyau has also noticed it and upgraded their motor and electronic control system in their blown film machines. This environmentally friendly company would only use biodegradable material (PLA), in the beginning, the film width of the machine is only 50cm and the output is only half of PE material.
