The Mexican economy is a fast growing and developing economy. These growth and development brought with a lot mutation to the Mexican society. The challenges of yesterday are different than today’s challenges. So, the ways that Mexico has to deal with them also needed to be change.
The NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement), is a free trade agreement between Mexico, USA and Canada; established in 1994, was negotiated in different economical circumstance and is outdated today. By the initiative of Trump, a new deal has been made, USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) and will be applied soon. Mexico also used to export 60% of its waste materials toward China. However, China decided to ban the import of plastics waste in the recent years. Moreover, Mexican companies are sensible about ecology and adopt a responsible attitude towards the transformation of plastic wastes.
