Exhibition introduction: 

As the only automotive industrial exhibition project supported by the Ministry of Commerce, with the stable development of China auto industry, The 9th China International Automotive Interiors and Exteriors Exhibition (short for CIAIE), has been successfully held for 8 sessions. As the only professional automotive interiors and exteriors technology products exhibition directly participated by many competent departments in the industry at home and abroad, with the consistent style of “clear-cut theme, prominent features, focus on actual effect and continuous innovation”, it has increasing publicity and influence in the industry. Industry insiders have regarded it as the best platform for “understanding industry information, grasping market dynamics, displaying enterprise brand, expanding trade channels and seeking cooperation opportunities”. The effective results of this Exhibition have won praise and favor from many exhibitors and audiences. It has become the professional automotive interiors and exteriors technology products exhibition with strongest authority, highest specialty and largest scale.

The Buyers' demands to automotive interiors and exteriors technology products are mainly from the following industries: automotive main engine plant, interior and exterior automobile decoration, new energy automobile, OEMs,Tier One, Tier Two, automotive maintenance and detection, distributors, commission agents, etc. 
The exhibition was held in 2011 for the first time, and has been held for 8 sessions in Shanghai continuously, with exhibitors including enterprises at home and abroad. In 2018, 18,000 professional buyers visited the exhibition, with 11% from overseas countries. 
 It is the only exhibition supported by national pavilion and relevant overseas automobile associations in Germany, Switzerland, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Italy, France, Taiwan, Britain and America. 

Review of previous exhibitions

CIAIE is the sole national automobile industry exhibition based on the principles of internationalization, professionalization and marketization. CIAIE has obtained the cooperation and support from 39 Associations of Automobile Manufacturers in 17 countries and regions of China, German, America, Britain, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, Canada, Australia, Italy, India, Iran, Pakistan, the Philippines and Taiwan (China), 9 international finished automobile groups, such as General Motors, Volkswagen and Toyota, global, top 4 auto parts groups, such as Bosch, Denso and Delphi, over 600 major finished automobile enterprises, as well as 12 national automobile and parts export bases in China. During the exhibition, “Relevant Technical Forum, and New Technologies Launching” was held. The exhibition also received the support and praise from industry associations, relevant governmental institutions.

Standard Booth Fees: including exhibition site, 2.5m high wallboard, fascia board, nine square meters of carpet, a negotiating table, two chairs, 10A/220V single-phase socket, two spotlights.
The empty site without any display rack and facilities, the exhibitors can arrange by yourselves the special renovation work or recommended building company by commissioned by organizational unit

New technology conference, New product promoting, Seminars

During the exhibition period in CIAIE 2019 Organizers plan to develop a series of New product promoting conference, product seminars . the exhibitors can get priority right to sponsor the conference, the related company can independently determine report content,shall be responsible for the relevant documents. Each sponsor companies can set the number of audience invited.
★If enterprises need to arrange such activities, please contact the organizing committee in time, so as to arrange better time period. 
★Every charge ￥25000 RMB, time for 30 minutes (including all kinds of facilities, propaganda expenses, etc)

Exhibition Procedure

1. Enterprises confirm the participation, fill out the Application Form and the official seal and by fax or mail to the Organizing Committee; 
2. When Organizing Committee receives the confirmation application form, exhibitors will be in 5 working days transfer the 50% exhibition charge or the full amount into the Organizing Committee account and fax remittance certificate to the organizing committee in order to check, otherwise shall not be reserved booking booth; 
3. Arrange the booth by principle of "first application, first pay, first arrangement";
