PLASCO Engineering Inc. is proud to present the latest design for 3 layers ABA co-extrusion blown film extruder line, the ultimate solution to save production cost by using the high percentage of CaCo3 and/or recycled material while keeping the film quality at the highest level.
With the shift in the market trend, PLASCO is in a forefront position introducing its JC-ABA series 3 layers blown film machine in response to the rising demand for material cost reduction and environment conscious, which has to be the global concern and focus for the bag film producer worldwide.
The ABA blown film machine consists of two extruders with unique die head design to produce 3 layer film of ABA configuration. In the outer layer (extruder A), low concentration of CaCo3 can be used with the color masterbatch, while the inner core layer (extruder B) is used for higher percentages of CaCo3 and/or recycled pellets to produce stronger multilayer film with lower material cost in comparison to conventional monolayer extruder.
The innovative JC-ABA series 3 layer blown film extruder is designed with modular structure concept allows easy installation and flexible production. The two extruders, haul-off tower, and winder are built in a sturdy compact unit-block structure allow easier and user-friendly operation while keeping the floor space at minimum.

MONOFILAMENT Extrusion line

The JC-MNP series monofilament extrusion line is designed to process polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for production of monofilament diameter range from Ø0.15mm to Ø1.00mm.
The JC-MNN series monofilament extrusion line is designed to process polyamide (PA6, 6.6), polyester (PET), and polypropylene (PP) for production of monofilament diameter range from Ø0.10 mm to Ø4.00mm.
