This year, FCS exhibited 5 machines in total. And it can provide differentiated technology integration and services for various industries, and tailor the best injection molding solutions for customers!

Two-color injection molding machine leader - FCS Chairman Mr. Jerry Wang shared: "The application industry of two-color models is very wide, and there is a trend of becoming more and more popular. Last year, FCS received an order from a Japanese customer to buy two large two-color machines at a time. Used in the production of car lights. Large-scale and electrified applications are becoming more and more popular in the automotive industry.” In addition, due to the pandemic, the demand for laptops has increased greatly. Among them, there are many parts that require two-color technology. Such as the keyboard buttons, sealing ring. In addition, it has also entered various industries such as hardware products, cosmetics, food packaging, optical parts, and the medical industry.

[High cost-effective injection full motor]

FCS launched a full-electric injection machine this year. The biggest advantage is that it is cost-effective. The full-electric injection machine has both the high firing speed and high precision of a full-motor and the high clamping force of a hydraulic injection machine. The price is just between full electricity and oil pressure. Mr. Jerry Wang believes that the full-electric injection machine can open a blue ocean in the market.

[Hangzhou New Factory-Heavy Responsibilities]

Since last year, raw materials have been in short supply, and the cost has been rising. FCS is determined to increase its supply capacity. Last year, they bought new processing equipment at its Dongguan and Ningbo plants to process it on its own and prevent shipments from being affected. The Ningbo Hangzhou factory, which is expected to be officially operational by the end of next year, is also responsible for handling precision machinery, increasing its own self-control rate, and solving the problem of a tight supply chain. The Hangzhou plant will be responsible for the production of large-scale equipment, including large two-platen machines, two-platen two-color machines, and large horizontal through-beam two-color machines. The goal is to increase revenue by 800 million yuan, which is equivalent to doubling the current group revenue and has high hopes for the new factory.

 

[The pandemic’s impact and future planning]

When the editor asked about the impact of the pandemic last year and plans for the future, Mr. Jerry Wang said with great confidence: “Although everyone was caught off guard at the beginning of the pandemic, orders began to explode in June last year, despite shipment restrictions. There was a lot of pressure on raw materials supply, but FCS immediately purchased more equipment and improved processing capacity. Up to now, FCS has created 400 million yuan in orders, and is quite optimistic and confident about the development of this year! I hope that the world will get rid of the haze of the pandemic as soon as possible so that the overall industry has a better development!"
